1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected on this site is CRK Agenc’IA, a French company, reachable at contact@crk-agencia.fr.

We apply the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. This site is built to collect the bare minimum: it has no form, no user account, no tracking tool and no advertising cookie.

2. Data processed and purposes

Technical logs: when you visit the site, the host processes your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, the browser type and the operating system. Purpose: serving the site and keeping it secure and stable. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Appointment booking: if you book a demo, you enter your details directly on Calendly. We use them only to prepare and hold the meeting. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Hosting and transfers outside the European Union

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which runs a global delivery network: your request may be handled by servers outside the European Union. The host acts on our behalf under a processing agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR.

For transfers to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no audience-measurement or advertising cookie. We only store, in your browser's local storage, your choice in the banner (the “cookie-consent” entry) so that it is not shown again on every visit. This entry contains no personal data.

If we ever enable an optional service, such as audience measurement, it will only be with your prior consent (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

5. Fonts and external content

Fonts are served from our own site: no request is made to a third-party font server. The booking link opens Calendly in a new tab; Calendly then acts under its own privacy policy.

6. Retention periods

Technical logs are kept by the host only as long as strictly necessary for their purpose. Appointment data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then deleted or archived within legal time limits.

7. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). To exercise them, write to contact@crk-agencia.fr; we reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
